Terms
Plain language, and honest about what is not settled yet.
Who you are dealing with
Zakaa Studio is built and run by Hasan Rayes, at zakaa.studio. When these terms say “we”, that is who they mean.
What we sell
We sell finished deliverables — an episode package, a batch of ads, a content pack, a single asset. We are not selling access to software, a seat, or a quantity of model calls. If you never order anything, you never pay anything.
Every deliverable has a fixed, published price in credits, and the plan and its cost are shown to you before anything is spent. Approving that plan is what authorises the spend.
Credits
- Credits are whole numbers. Balances are integer arithmetic, so nothing is lost to rounding.
- Credits are bought in packs and can be spent on any service. They are not tied to one deliverable.
- A generation that fails is refunded to your balance automatically.
- The first re-roll of any asset is free.
- Prices are versioned. This site renders pricebook 2026.08.1, and the catalogue in force when you approve a plan is snapshotted onto that project, so a past quote stays explainable after prices change.
A general refund policy beyond automatic refunds for failed generations is not settled. It will be stated here before it can matter to anyone.
What you get to do with the output
Our intent, and the way the product is built: what you order is yours. Publish it, use it commercially, and resell it to your clients — agencies and freelancers reselling the output is an intended use, not a loophole.
The formal wording of that licence is being finalised and will be published here before paid accounts open. If it ever says anything narrower than the paragraph above, that will be visible in this document rather than discovered later.
What you are responsible for
- Your own platform accounts, and the decision to publish. Publishing is a human gate and it is yours.
- Consent for any voice you clone. Consent is enforced before a request is sent to a voice provider, and confirming it is your statement, not ours.
- The claims you choose to keep. Where the proof gate cannot resolve something, it asks you, and your answer is a decision you are making.
- Complying with the rules of whatever platform you publish to.
What we will not do
- Reproduce another channel’s identity — signature phrases, voice fingerprint, palette, mascot, title format, thumbnail template or sting. This is blocked in the system, not merely discouraged, and asking for it will not change the answer.
- Impersonate a real person without their consent.
- Fabricate a quotation, a document or a statistic to make a script work.
What we do not warrant
- Performance. We do not promise views, watch time, click-through, conversions or revenue. Nobody honestly can.
- Music rights. Music licensing is unresolved. We make no claim about music rights on any platform and we do not supply cleared tracks.
- Uninterrupted third-party availability. Production depends on model providers, and when one is unavailable a job queues or fails and is refunded rather than silently degrading.
Governing law
Not settled. The governing law and the venue for any dispute will be stated here before paid accounts open. We would rather leave this blank and visible than name a jurisdiction we have not actually chosen.
Changes
When these terms change in a way that affects what you already bought, it will be said plainly rather than buried in a version bump. Snapshotted pricing means an approved project keeps the catalogue it was approved under.
