What we store, where it goes, and what we do not do with it.
What we store
- Account and workspace records: who you are, which workspace you belong to, and your role in it.
- What you give the system: your brief, your identity settings, and the channels you point at as references.
- What the system produces: scripts, claims and their sources, shot plans, generated assets, and finished files.
- Your Brain: identity, the measured formula, and the memory learned from your own published results.
- A credit ledger: every credit bought, spent and refunded, as integers, so a balance can always be explained.
- Job records: what ran, what it cost, what failed and why.
Where your content goes
Producing a video means sending parts of your content to model providers. These are the providers the system is built to use and what each one is for. A provider without a configured key receives nothing at all, and the system routes around it instead of failing your job.
| Provider | Used for |
|---|---|
| fal.ai | Unified gateway to most image / video / avatar models |
| fal.ai (video) | Image-to-video for the two to four true-motion beats |
| Anthropic Claude | Scripts, brains, orchestration |
| Google Gemini | Measuring reference channels — video-native analysis |
| ElevenLabs | Voice and cloning — consent is enforced before the API call |
| Whisper (self-hosted) | Transcription for measurement and for final QC |
| HeyGen | Avatar / talking head for the UGC hook |
| OpenAI | Fallback LLM, text-in-image |
This list changes as providers are benchmarked and replaced — which model runs a job is decided by measurement, not by a name written into the code. When the list changes, this page changes with it.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not use your scripts, your Brain or your results to build another customer’s Brain. Memory is scoped to your workspace and stays there.
- We do not run third-party advertising or behavioural trackers on this site.
One honest detail: this site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers when you open a page. That is the only third-party request the marketing site makes.
Access inside the product
Every read of tenant-owned data is scoped to a workspace. There is no unscoped query in the product, which is an architectural rule rather than a habit — one workspace cannot see another’s projects, assets or ledger.
Retention and deletion
Retention periods are not settled and will be stated here before paid accounts open. You can ask for your workspace and its content to be deleted; the self-service route inside the product is still being built, and until it exists the contact page is the way to ask.
