The product

What you are actually buying

What exactly arrives when I order an episode?

A video file, three thumbnail options, three title options, a description, and a public sources page listing every factual claim in the script with the source behind it. You open YouTube and upload.

There is no project file to open, no export step, and no missing asset to chase.

Do I have to edit anything?

No. The file is cut, graded, loudness-normalised and checked before it is delivered. If you want to change something you can re-roll an asset or ask for a different title, but nothing is required of you between delivery and upload.

Is this software I log into, or a service?

You log in, but you are not buying access. You are buying finished deliverables. There are no seats, no per-user fee, and no charge for having a workspace. If you never order anything, you never pay anything.

Which languages?

Arabic and English, with Arabic treated as a first-class output rather than a translation pass. Script pacing, sentence splitting for the voice, on-screen text direction and provider scoring each have a separate Arabic path.

How long does an episode take?

A 5–8 minute episode is about 25 min of render. A 35–45 minute one is roughly 2 hours. Queue time is on top of that and is shown live in the product. We would rather publish those numbers than show you a spinner.

Can I use my own voice?

Yes, and consent is enforced before the request is ever sent to a voice provider. You can also pick a stock voice. The voice is part of your identity, so it is fixed to your channel rather than re-picked per video.

Quality and honesty

The parts most tools do not answer

Can you copy channel X for me?

No, and the refusal is structural rather than a policy we promise to follow. A formula is measured across 3–5 channels. What repeats across them is the genre’s format and is safe to use. What is unique to one channel is that channel’s identity — signature phrases, voice fingerprint, palette, mascot, title format, thumbnail template, sting — and it is blocked forever.

Name one channel and the system adds more by itself, because a formula measured from a single channel is not a formula. Details on the Brain.

Where do the facts come from?

Every factual claim becomes a row with a real source, a source tier, and five integrity checks: does the source state this value, is the unit and magnitude right, what date does the figure belong to, is it measured or modelled or projected, and what scope does it cover. Production is blocked while any flag is open.

Wikipedia is never cited. It is followed to its own footnotes and those are cited instead. Details on the Proof Engine.

What are the honest limitations?

Avatar realism holds for about 12–15 seconds, so we do not sell long-form avatar video. Arabic lip-sync is measurably weaker than English across every provider available today, which is why we score it separately instead of averaging it away. A product held in a hand is the hardest shot in this medium.

And a 45-minute episode is roughly 2 hours of render. None of that is hidden in a footnote.

What stops a broken file from being delivered?

17 automated checks on the finished file, including whether the audio track actually contains audio, whether the rendered transcript matches the script, whether captions sit inside the platform safe zone, and whether every claim shows its citation while it is spoken. A blocker stops delivery. A check that did not run counts as a failure, not a pass.

Will my video perform?

We do not know, and neither does anyone selling you a number. What we can say is what is measurable: the script is written to a measured format, held to your channel’s pace, sourced before production, and checked before delivery. Performance from your own published videos then feeds back and improves the next one.

Money

Credits, packs and what is not decided

How do credits work?

One credit is worth $0.010. Every deliverable has a fixed credit price, published on the pricing page. A short episode is 800 cr — $8.00. A batch of 6 UGC ads is 4,500 cr — $45.00.

Is there a subscription?

Not today, and we are not going to publish invented tiers to look like a normal SaaS. Whether Zakaa Studio should be pure credits or a subscription with credits on top is genuinely undecided. Credits are how it works now, and if that changes it will change with real numbers on the pricing page.

What happens if a generation fails?

It is refunded to your credit balance automatically. You do not have to notice it, open a ticket, or ask. The first re-roll of any asset is also free, so you are not charged twice because the first attempt was not the one.

Can I get a refund on a finished deliverable?

Failed generations are refunded automatically. Beyond that, a general refund policy is not settled yet. Rather than write something vague here that sounds reassuring and means nothing, we will state it plainly in the terms before it can matter to anyone.

Can I resell the output to my clients?

That is the intended use for agencies and freelancers, and prices are per deliverable precisely so you can quote a client a real number. The specific licence terms are in the terms.

Rights and policy

Music, disclosure and publishing

What about music?

Music licensing is unresolved. We make no claim about music rights on any platform and we do not supply cleared tracks. If you add music, that decision and its rights are yours. We would rather say this than imply a clearance we cannot back.

Do you publish to my channel for me?

No. You keep your accounts and the final say. Publishing is a human gate, on purpose. When you do publish, the AI-content disclosure is set on every platform that has one — that is a delivery check, not an option.

Is it disclosed that this is AI-generated?

Yes, on every platform that provides a disclosure control. Read the AI disclosure for what is generated, what is drawn in code, and what we refuse to do.

Who is behind this?

Zakaa Studio is built and run by Hasan Rayes, at zakaa.studio. If you want to reach a person, the contact page says how.
